Cedric Marionneaux

With twenty-five years of progressive leadership in enterprise IT, digital and AI transformation, software engineering and development, cybersecurity, data platforms, and regulated systems, Cedric brings deep expertise across healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. He has held senior leadership positions at MKS Instruments, Abbott Laboratories, and Medtronic, where he led large-scale cloud transformations, enterprise application modernization, data and AI platforms, and global cybersecurity programs supporting commercial, clinical, and R&D operations. Earlier in his career, Cedric served in systems, software, and embedded engineering roles supporting mission-critical defense programs at Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Rockwell Collins. His work consistently spans highly regulated environments where reliability, security, and scale are paramount. Cedric is passionate about building high-performing teams, applying AI and emerging technologies to solve complex real-world problems, and mentoring future technology leaders.
He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University and pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at Texas Tech University.
