Jenn, Executive Director of Medical Informatics and Project Management, has over 19 years of healthcare experience, including nine years in direct patient care. She specializes in clinical and regulatory informatics, value-based care, patient safety, quality improvement, public health, and project management. At Cedar, she manages the Project Management Office (PMO) and leads the Informatics Office, utilizing AI to derive actionable insights for patient populations.
A proven leader, Jenn excels at building processes, guiding high-performing teams, and forging innovative partnerships to deliver results. She champions informatics as a public good, developing solutions to enhance care outcomes. Her accomplishments include designing value-based care programs for MIPS and HEDIS, closing care gaps, and establishing/revitalizing ambulatory clinics.
Jenn holds an active NLC RN license, an MS in nursing informatics, an MBA in healthcare management, a BSN, an ASN, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
